Thanks for picking up this proposal.

A check on data how often these values are already used would be
helpful, maybe we can accept some without voting.

I often come along barriers on top of each other ( E.a. a fence on top
of a (retaining-)wall ) or nested (door within a gate).

How do you map these ?

Maybe we need to allow almost all barriers as ways.
