[Tagging] OSM Map Features - Organized spreadsheet highlighting recommendations

Hi all,
I'm happy to report that my OpenAccess spreadsheet is now complete with
listing all of the Map Features, which are listed on the OSM wiki, and the
presets menu in the latest JOSM.

I have highlighted in red were i see some obvious inconsistancies, in hopes
that others will agree to change the groupings of the Map Features page tag
categories, to be a bit more detailed.

There are many gaps in the Map Features wiki page which does actually have
the information available on it's own wiki page, but just wasn't copied
over.
So i'm doing the preliminary work by finding where this information is, then
adding it to the chart and highlighting it in red.

Others dont need to edit this spreadsheet, its just here to point out
in consistencies, its up to the people editing the wiki (wikiTrolls) to
decide if they want to make the wiki better.
