[Tagging] What tag(s) for a school canteen ?

are self service restaurants tagged as restaurants? How is the
distinction made? In a restaurant, (this might be naive) I'd expect a
chef (and team) to cook. In a canteen they usually (often/generally)
do not cook, hence the fast_food (industrially produced food gets
finished/warmed up), but I agree, fast food might also be misleading
as it is generally used for stuff like burgers, french fries and
pizza.
