Maybe better fix Osmand instead of fiddling the data to meet Osmands
expectations. I'm in favour of using names in name, and if the name is
"Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten" it should be like this in the data. Using
only "Vier Jahreszeiten" in the name tag would be incomplete.

again looks like a particular Osmand problem.

put the name in name, and if the official name is lengthy and there is
a common shorter name that people usually use put the official name in
official_name and the common name in name.
