[Tagging] Uses of parts of buildings

IMHO residential could be missleading. According to
building=<building-type> "residential" is anyway a very rough
typology-class, often this is done in greater detail (apartments,
detached, ...)

A riding ground and a stable wouldn't qualify for residential IMHO

IMHO as long as your parts are spatially inside your building-polygon
(and on the same layer) they are already "connected". For explicit
relations you could use a site, but it shouldn't be necessary.
