there are very few current uses of man_made=bridge (22), I looked into
some of them and there are already examples tagged in the way we are
discussing now, e.g.:

if we should agree on this tag it would be nice to review those 22
occurencies (some simply repeat bridge=yes on a centre line and can be
removed).
