Maybe "disused:xxx=yyy" could be used for the McDonalds closed for years, and "temporary:xxx=yyy" could be used for a restaurant closed for a week. The difference is that with "temporary:xxx=yyy" you also have the "xxx=zzz" which is the usual longterm value.


I think this could be a good system.
