[Tagging] Relation -> housenumbers / villages without streetnames

Hi to all!
I have a question for how to tagging the housenumber-relation of some 
villages (also some big) that don't have street names? How to associate 
the house numbers with village name in relation, something like 
associatedStreet without taking in consideration the street names, 
because there is not street names?
I want also to ask how the street name of such villages may be tagged? I 
see some practise to add the name=name-of-village to this type of 
streets (Or also name= Locality name-of-village). But I think that 
because this type of streets don't have any name, the tag name must be 
leaved empty and not populated with some invented names.
