[Tagging] Is the difference between power station and sub station clear?

The power=station's case seems to have been already treated in 2010.

Moreover, a serious definition about station vs substation is available as

I must agree with polderrunner and others saying power=station musn't be
used to describe a place where electric power is swiched and transformed.
In the meantime, I would agree with power=plant is better than
power=station to describe a place where electric power is produced
according to the proposal of don-vip.
The problem with that big RFC is it uses power=substation instead of
power=sub_station.

Must it be edited and revoted?
