[Tagging] Is the difference between power station and sub station clear?

I agree with you, all stuff below 50 kV is dedicated to local distribution
in many coutries.
It's difficult to be completly consistent with all that differences.

power line vs cable is still as important as substations' discussion and
need a definitive answer too.
