if you tag it this way you'll be able to tag just one of these per poi or use double values. Also I ask myself if you really want to tag the stickers or if it would be better to tag what the stickers stand for.
e.g. wheelchair=yes or heartbarrierfree=yes  heartbarrierfree:image=http://www.heartbarrierfree.com//image/logo.png
...
