[Tagging] cinema service_times

I agree that it would not be practical in the USA, and suspect that it wouldn't be practical in most of the rest of the world.  Films vary greatly in length, causing the starting times to vary from film to film, particularly for starting times later in the day.  Plus, at least here in the USA, theaters with more than one auditorium tend to stagger the show times, to reduce the crowding caused by patrons from multiple auditoriums all trying to leave simultaneously.
