[Tagging] Feature proposal - Voting - Power generation refinement

Hi,

I'm now pleased to announce the end of voting for the power generation
proposal, as expected.

This proposal is now accepted due to a large amount of "yes" (30 vs 2 cons).

The goal is now to clean-up the wiki, with the new tags and values.
