the wiki states that website should be used for the official website and url for alternative websites. I remember there was a proposal about tagging social page links (Facebook, twitter, MySpace, g+, you name it) and the conclusion of the discussion was like you suggested to only put them in when they're the only or main website for a feature, but to keep Wikipedia as an exception separate. As I'm generally more inclined versus includism, I'd personally not see a problem in tags like url:facebook=*
