[Tagging] Pedestrian tags documentation

Hi,

I have written this page on the wiki :

The "Pedestrian page" was previously a redirect to "Tag:highway=pedestrian".

The aim is to give an overview of the different pedestrian tags,
similarily to what is done for the bicycles here :
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Bicycle
