I'm not sure whether that really fits for the use case. Even if a movie
is running 19:00-21:00, it is pointless to arrive at 20:00. This is
quite different from a shop's opening_hours.

So even though I haven't done it myself, using service_times seems like
a reasonable suggestion. Alternatively, a different key with the same
value syntax could be used.
