[Tagging] cinema service_times

1)  what you mean by local question ?

In France for example,

   -   in the bigs cities with bigs cinemas the case of richard is fine. It
   is obvious we cannot mark all the performances.
   - in the small cities, I know some with the same hours and days every
   week.


and I have this kind of problem for Haiti too.
