i might look up hardware or hardware store. i probably wouldn't
specify brand/franchise, but i'd want to see it in the results, e.g.

Name                             Franchise Distance/Direction
Tremont Hardware         Ace Hardware         1.3 miles NE
Country True Value        True Value              5.1 miles SW
Home Despot                 Home Despot          5 miles W

something like that. this way i have a good picture of what
the merchandise mix will be just from the Franchise.
