[Tagging] shop for baby strollers only

Hi,

Almost same discussion when I try to define baby care tagging. :)
(sorry for my inactive status.)

Baby care tagging is still under RFC, so I'll change my proposal as the
result of this discussion.


BTW, +1 to subtag scheme for original question.
