Ok, but it's not clear in the proposal what you are trying to do.
Do you want to deprecate the key naturism=* in favor of nudism=*?
Do you want to use both of them? (in this case, please explain the
differences more clearly


As other mentioned, the "default value" of the key nudism=* would change
depending on the region, therefore it would be advisable for this key to
have no default value ("unknown"), as is common for most tags.
