I don't understand your tagging very well.
Even if you never looked at a Mapnik or other map, you guess that
building=yes/house/... have a defined rendering, else they would be
invisible, so that, according to what I wrote, your render=* is ignored.
Could you please explain your 7 words and tags?
Beside RENDER, we may also have such fancy tagging as one with dented
walls, the other one triangular, the third one sine waves etc. but
people don't do that because they think (it's not appropriate).
