[Tagging] Contact-Tag for Webcam

Hi,

there exists a tagging for webcams in the contact-namespace
(contact:webcam=*)[http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:contact:webcam].
I don't understand, why a webcam is a communication channel.
