yes, as others have mentioned, there was recently a discussion about this on tagging. the wiki defines "bicycle" as a legal tag for cycling, so for bringing the object bicycle without using it there should be a new tag.

+1. If you stick to the wiki then bus is to be used only for buses in public service.

then this is a major difference between uk and continental Europe, as pushing a bike you would not be considered a vehicle here, but a pedestrian in all aspects.
