[Tagging] aerialway=drag_lift

I disagree, they are not the same at all! Just ask my wife, who has
skied for years, has no problems with platter lifts, about a 50% success
rate with t-bars on her own, and 10% success rate on t-bars with someone
else. 

Occupancy is also not really the right word as that would refer to the
actual number of people using it, and not its capacity per "seat". So
occupancy would probably be between 0 and 1.7 people per "seat" (or,
otherwise stated, between 0% and 85%) depending on how busy it is.
