In general this seems a suitable starting point for discussion, but there
might be cases where the public has an interest in knowing about the actual
location of a business or agency nonetheless they are trying to hide it
from the public. From a legal point of view a company does not have privacy
rights, only natural persons have such (speaking for Germany here, not sure
if there are jurisdictions where companies have privacy).
