[Tagging] FYI: Change to destination details proposal: destination:sign was replaced by destination:symbol

Hi!

I updated my proposal about additional destination details [1] and replaced
the key destination:sign by destination:symbol, because the word "sign"
seems to be too ambiguous.

I'll update my tagging to reflect those change.
