[Tagging] vending= How to handle food & drinks

The whole point of tagging in more detail is for maps to be able to be 
more selective about what kind of food/drink vending machines they show.

As pointed out different people have different interests and a more 
detailed tagging schema allows developers to cater to different users 
and applications.
