[Tagging] Kindergarten, Childcare and Preschool

Since amenity=childcare is already present in the iD editor presets, I went
ahead and compared the translations of these presets on most locales. To
me, they verify that amenity=childcare is indeed different than
amenity=kindergarten.
I'm attaching them to this message.
I have to say that I removed the translations of locales that didn't have
*both* translations.
Here in Brazil, it would be similar to France, a school-like place that
kids can go before mandatory school begins is a kindergarten (usually a
"Centro de Educação Infantil" or "Jardim de Infância"), while pretty much
everything else would be amenity=childcare.
There might be some places that fall into a gray area, but I don't think
they are a show-stopper
