FYI, a common combination for the bridge-attribute is also with railways
and waterways, so "highway only" is too restrictive for sure.
A pipeline bridge is a distinctive feature, in your proposal (no additional
tag) this would be completely omitted. See
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pipeline_bridge for instance.
