I was looking at Relation:enforcement:

It seems to describe "devices" that measure and document traffic
violations, but what about mobile check points?:

Do we have some way to tag such a mobile check point to document f.ex
mobile passport check points, mobile customs check points, mobile
vehicle weight check points for heavy goods traffic, mobile alcohol and
narcotics use check points and mobile police speed check points.
