[Tagging] Route relations - Forward & Backward

If that is the case, then this street will be present in some variations of
the bus routes for that line and the parallel street will be a member in
the other set of variations.
An example:

You'll have to click on the route relations in this route_master. Where the
routes go over the highway between Brussels and Leuven and Leuven and
Aarschot, it's obvious they are using the side of the highways which goes
in their direction of travel.
Hopefully this clarifies what I mean by variations. This one has 4, 2 in
each direction.
