[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Paving stone details

Hi all,

my new proposal introduces some subtags for surface=paving_stones.
This will hopefully allow mappers who are interested in the topic to add
more detail to the relatively broad "paving stones" category, without
affecting applications which don't need such detailed information.
