A local loop link isn't always physically point to point : look at GPON
FTTH networks.

I've never heard of coaxial fibre (except in France where really really
weird commercial ads can be seen), what does this stand for ?

Anyway, the point isn't to map for now one and each cable and connection
but some major components visible by any mapper.
Technologies (copper twisted pair, fiber or coaxial) may be indicated in
the telecom:medium=* key
