building=commercial is quite suspect. Values of building tag are mixing
things like "building that was build as X" (for example
building=church) with current usage, some like building=barn require
both etc.

It seems that the best way is to use simply building=yes and tag more
rather than attempt more precise tagging.

For example, how one is supposed to tag building constructed as church,
that is used now for commercial purposes?

building=church? building=commercial?
