[Tagging] Landuse=forestRY?

Hi all,

I understand your proposal. But I think "landuse=forestry" should be
consistent with "landuse=farmland/farmyard".

Then "tree area" would be "landuse=forest-land", and "forester's house"
would be "landuse=forest-yard". (Of course more appropriate words should be
chosen.)

However I think we should clarify how to distinguish
landuse/landcover(/surface) first as these proposals.
