[Tagging] Draft Additions to camp_site

I'm afraid this is contentious? See the thread I've started on " Wiki on 
amenity=waste_disposal Rewrite?"

The longer 'we' wait the more people will see this and make comments.. 
Think I'll remove it for now .. and wait for developments. Excrement 
will out in the end :)
