so a tag sequence of

power_supply=nema_5_15
power_supply:intermittent=yes

?

And then for my previous comments become;

power_supply=nema_5_15
power_supply:solar=yes

power_supply=nema_5_15
power_supply:schedule=9:00-20:00

Much better .. and constant with the present use of the tag 
power_supply= key describing the connector used.
