[Tagging] Tagging private property

[Mateusz Konieczny]

Is it private as in "restricted access" or is it private as in "owned by
some individual"?

In the first case I would use access=private on area, in the second I would
not tag it as
it is not so important and this data is hard to maintain (
BTW, proper tag for this situation would be owner=*).
