Landuse=residential ? Normally a village/town/city is marked this way.
But you could tag each individual property if you wanted to .. But why?
If your identifying property boundaries then there maybe a legal
responsibility .. are you taking that on?I'd never bother tagging each
individual property - too much work .. and who will use it?

Mark out the building itself as an area and tag building=yes (or house
if that is the case). Same as any other building ... This I do for any
significant building .. but not for normal homes ..In some places they
might be mapped .. but there are large areas of the world yet to have
the main features mapped.Having said that .. improve the map what ever
way pleases you.

Same as previous .. with a note 'unused' .. thought what does that
mean? Abandoned house? There is a tag 'disused'? somewhere, might be
