Hi Friedrich,

Ok for the upper case.

I would prefer ref:eu:eic since I'm not sure entsoe isn't used in any other
part of the world.
Furthermore, the E of EIC stands for ENTSO-E.

A more complete solution would be ref:eu:entsoe_eic
