I've recently tagged a shop=convenience, convenience=polish. You'll
find a handfull of other examples of convenience=* clothes=*
hairdresser=* on taginfo.

The usage is very low (especially considering the number of polish
convenience stores in Ireland for example), but that's the best I
could find.
