This may or may not be true, as Prague has more than one district
where the conscription addresses are unique.

This is true, but the correct address for this building is:
Staroměstské náměstí 606/11
Staré Město, 110 00  Praha 1

This is just one address, not two or three distinct addresses. Neither
CZ nor SK need addrN scheme to properly and correctly address *all*
and every building and entrance in the whole country.
