If I  send three letters, via snail-mail for

606, Old Town <or any other district>, Praha
and
11, Staroměstské náměstí, Praha
and
606, Staroměstské náměstí, Praha

will them all, or any two of them, reaches this building  http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/296502566 ?

After I have red Friedrich's messages, I think they will. 

This three strings act's like an address, and they are not equals to each other.

Anyway, do you agree or not, there are multiple addresses exists in the world, 
and there are problems with node per address approach. 

And there are such thing as multiple addresses, and multiple addresses mapped via tags. 
Even more, there is some countries (at least Austria) where conscription number 
is an example of multiple addresses via tags.

You think multiple addresses via tags is broken by design scheme. 
Ok I've got it. Just use another schema.
