[Tagging] Motorroad does not apply to all lanes

Interesting... and confusing ;-)

Is there any motorroad signpost before that part of the road? When looking
at the photo I'm tempted to say that the left lane is a motorroad and the
right one isn't, although I doubt that I would be brave enough to tag it
that way.
