green color or "color:green"="no" will return objects without green color

It is not complex. It is *impossible to write presets or translations for
iD or JOSM* using name#2=green approach.

To all regex advocates, your knowledge of regexes is irrelevant to how OSM
functions. I wait for your solution how we should support name=,
name#2= name#3=
in presets or translations.
