[Tagging] Feature proposal - Power transmission refinement - Abandon

Hi,

Due to the large amount of key modified / created in the power transmission
refinement proposal, it has been decided to split it in 2 subsequent
proposals.

I've already created the Power supports refinement proposal regarding power
towers, poles and 2 new types of support.

As usual, example section need to be filled. There are another photos I
haven't already uploaded but feel free to complete it with yours if you
want.


Another document, Power paths refinement proposal will come before the end
of this week end.

This will allow a simpler and more detailed vote (I hope).
