In Healthcare 2.0 there is a tag defined (quite hidden), but I was
 the only person who used it :-) 

In Aachen you can decide if you want money or a voucher from some
 local companies ;-) 
Some voucher have a bonus in the value. 25 euro vs 30 Euro voucher
  or 25 euro cinema + 5 Euro popcorn / drinks
