[Tagging] tagging large intersections cross-road sections

I prefer to tag the names/refs so that (in right side driving countries)
when you make a left turn, the snippet you turn into has already the
name of the crossing road. At least the instruction "into" which road
you have to turn becomes correct. ASCII art attempt:
