Why does reception disk already appear in:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:amenity

And the tag already appears as in:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dreception_desk
Rather than:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_Features/amenity%3Dreception_desk
