[Tagging] Leaf type of "palm" for leaf_type

It would be harder to process and break existing data consumers.
I think that cascading tagging style - [leaf_type=broadleaved;
broadleaved=palm]
would be better.

It provides full information without growing list of valid values of
leaf_type.
